Return Policy

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Unfortunately, ALL sales are FINAL with Alikay Natural Products, as we cannot reshelf products that have left our headquarters. Once products have left our headquarters, we cannot verify whether or not they have been tampered with.    

Order Refunds

Once a refund has been processed at our Alikay Naturals headquarters, please allow 2-3 business days to view this transaction in your account activity.

Lost/Stolen Packages

If your package has been lost/stolen, please contact your mail carrier and file a dispute.

Shipping Refunds 

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email or phone for solution and address verification. If we DO NOT receive a response in 7 days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order not including shipping. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)
  • VIP Membership

 While we are unable to process new orders via the return process, if you wish to replace the item, please place another order online. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via USPS with delivery confirmation. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of Damaged Items, please refer to damaged items section below. 

Exchanges 

Products purchased from a retail, whether from Alikay Naturals website or from one of our retailers or distributors, must be returned to the business from which it was purchased, with receipt. Please refer to each individual retailer’s return policy for details.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact our Alikay Naturals Customer Service Department: (239) 243-0588 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m, EST. Monday through Friday. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item on account of a packaging error on our part, we are glad to correct our error. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item based on mail carrier’s delivery confirmation status. We will ship you the correct product & include a return label for the one that was incorrectly shipped.

Cancellation Policy

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.
