What is the difference between vulva and vagina?
The vagina is an internal body part that is self-cleaning and it is recommended by doctors to not clean with anything other than water. The vulva is external to the vagina and is not self-cleansing, therefore it can benefit from being cleaned with soap or cleaners. Our pH balanced formula gently cleanses the vulva.

How do I use the Foaming Feminine Wash?
Apply feminine wash directly to clean hands in shower or bath, lather and cleanse the vulva careful not to get soap inside of the vagina. If using a cloth, be sure to use a fresh towel each time. It can be used daily and after activities such as exercise and swimming.

How do I use the Feminine Refreshing Spray?
Spray 1-3 sprays of HER Feminine Refreshing Spray onto panties and externally on HER throughout day to refresh and revitalize down there! Never apply internally.

Should I use a washcloth?
It is your personal preference should you wish to use a washcloth or your hands to cleanse.

How do I determine whether to use the sensitive vs normal formula?
We recommend using the sensitive formula for those who experience any skin sensitivities as it is fragrance-free and is formulated with a smaller concentration of ingredients. The normal wash is perfect for those without any known sensitivities. Both are gentle enough to be used daily.

What is the pH level of this product?
The vagina has a normal pH level of 3.8-4.5. Our products are lab tested and pH balanced to ensure it stays within these levels.

Is this product natural and/or organic and/or cruelty free?
Yes, we do not test on animals so they are cruelty free. We utilize natural and organic ingredients in our formulas. Please refer to the back label for our full ingredient list.
