Shipping Policy
Order Processing
    Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
    Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free U.S. shipping promotions. When available, the offer will automatically apply at checkout once your order meets the minimum purchase requirement (before taxes and discounts).
Order Changes & Cancellations
    Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been placed.
    If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, contact our customer care team as soon as possible at

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
    Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Alikay Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
    We’ll gladly help initiate a claim if necessary.
  
Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love every product you receive from Alikay Naturals! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged in transit.
- Only items purchased directly from alikaynaturals.com are eligible for return.
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
- Email info@alikaynaturals.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and the return address.
- Ship your return using a trackable carrier — customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
    We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
  
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
Additional Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Alikay Naturals reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
