I have been using this product for over 10 yrs and it has been amazing for every one of them! I have a mixture of textures in the 3s and 4s & this product works well for all of them! Even with 4c strands, my hair prefers this to the Shea Moisture. My strands can't support really heavy products. A little goes a very long way (trust me!). I use as little as I have to, rub it in between my fingers for a couple secs to heat it up & then apply. Helps to make sure I don't use too much & makes it easier to apply to my hair. My type 3 strands need a little less and my type 4 needs a little more especially on the ends. But u need very little of this product to get soft, delicious smelling hair. Great for twistouts/braidouts too, but I have to let my hair fully dry 1st.
