I have been using this product for yrs & it has been amazing for every one of them! I used it prior to shampooing on the weeks in btwn hot oil treatments. I wet my hair (using my mist spray bottle), then rub a little of this onto my scalp and strands focusing on problem areas the most prior to shampooing. It has been great for what I use it for. It stops my strands from being completely stripped of their natural oils during the shampoo phase. I stand by this as a 3C-4C textured person. Love it!
